Reverse Mentoring Program Started in Otam

In order to increase the competitiveness of the automotive sector in the global market, OTAM, which offers engineering solutions in Emission and Mechanical Laboratories within ITU ARI Teknokent, started the Reverse Mentoring program. In the project initiated to understand what the young generation generation Y wants and what they care about, both the customer and the OTAM employee profile are increasing day by day. With this project, it is aimed that the personnel working as engineers and interns come together with the senior management, share the innovations in digital transformation and education world and share the differences in the perspectives of the new generation. Generation Y staff shares information on these issues and receives information from mentors and senior management on behalf of work experience and leadership development.
